STAKD Athlete Gerrard Igbinosun,
also known as Mankind, is a dedicated father, athlete, and fitness coach whose bodybuilding journey began in 2021 as a Men’s Physique amateur. In his very first season, he made history as the first Scottish athlete to win both the British and Scottish Championships.

Since then, Gerrard has gone on to become a 2x NPC British Champion, earning 6 overall titles and securing his IFBB Pro Card in just over two years making him the first Men’s Physique athlete from Scotland to achieve pro status.

In 2025, Gerrard made his Pro debut in Poland, finishing in the top 10 out of 22 athletes and surpassing several seasoned professionals. Now, he’s back in the trenches, working relentlessly toward his ultimate goal securing a Pro win and qualifying for the Olympia.
