Refund policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Under consumer law, we are required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, suitable for their intended use, accurately described, and consistent with any information or samples provided at the time of purchase.

If you receive items that fail to meet these standards or that are incorrect, please email us at info@stakdsupps.com. In these circumstances, you have the right to return the items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will cover the cost of returning these goods to us.

If you simply change your mind, you may return the products provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. These returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. This option does not apply to products sold as “expired” or “short-dated.”

Exchanges are also available within 14 days of purchase, as long as the goods are unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when they left our premises.

We cannot accept responsibility if:

• the issue was disclosed before you purchased the item,

• the product was bought for a purpose we could not reasonably know about, or

• the problem is caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or intentional or careless damage.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we have confirmed the return. All items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
